During 2011, American Preservation Builders completed work on eight Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects throughout the Midwest. All of these projects included comprehensive rehabilitation of occupied affordable housing properties, including:
• Aldersgate I & II Apartments, Oscoda, Michigan – 99 units.
• Senior Towers Apartments, Martinsburg, West Virginia – 94 units.
• Hannibal Manor Apartments, Hannibal Missouri – 76 units.
• Willow Glen Apartments, New Castle, Indiana – 52 units.
• Boston Commons, New Boston, Ohio – 50 units.
• Melford Village, Spencerville, Ohio – 38 units.
• Concord Apartments, Newark, Ohio – 50 units.
• Carrollton Crest Apartments, Carrollton, Ohio – 44 units.
